Rod Carter has worked in the sailmaking industry for over 25yrs.

He started sailing at the age of 12 when his father introduced him into the sport. Rod experience racing ranges from one-design dinghies, skiffs, sports boats to keelboats. Rod has a successfully competed in a range of championships both as a skipper and a crew in classes such as VJs, VSs, 16ft skiffs, Sportsboats and Adams10s, notching up many wins along the way.

Rod is a perfectionist and his attention to detail ensures his customers are most satisfied with his level of detail to finishes. He enjoys seeing customers meet their vision of sailing and/or racing on their boat with the absolute best set of sails made by his loft.
